Breeder and seller figures are their own claims. Female Seeds and Herbies give different outdoor finishing months for the same Female Seeds C99.6,7
What the plant is like
Expect a strong stretch in flower: Brothers Grimm says feminized plants switched to flowering at 18 inches finish at about 48 inches indoors, and the seed seller Alchimia says the plant easily triples in size during the stretch.2,8 Leafly’s grow guide suggests topping and training for an even canopy, and Brothers Grimm recommends sea-of-green or screen-of-green setups.2,9
In the generations bred before Cinderella 99, the breeder saw two main plant types in P.75, short and dense (and potent) or tall and huge (less potent), and Cinderella 88 (P.88) dried to dense, berry-scented, resin-covered buds with distinctly orange pistils.1 AllBud describes a light-green plant covered in orange hairs, with crystals throughout its dense buds.10
What to watch for
Heavy buds can bend branches: Mr. Soul crossed in Shiva Skunk because Princess’s buds were so heavy at harvest that her branches flopped over.1 Alchimia, citing Brothers Grimm, says the plant loves light and nutrients, especially extra calcium, and Leafly’s grow guide recommends keeping temperatures between 68 and 80°F.8,9 Weedmaps describes resistance to common diseases, and the seller Herbies claims high resistance to mold.4,7
Seeds and the law in the US
Under the amended federal definition of hemp, viable seeds from cannabis plants above 0.3% total THC, including THCA, are not hemp.11 Congress delayed that exclusion, with most of the new definition, from Nov 12 to Dec 11, 2026; only the exclusion of products with cannabinoids the plant cannot produce naturally starts on Nov 12.12 Home cultivation rules are set by each state.
